Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email or passkey verification and may suspend compromised or abusive accounts.

Do not harass others, cheat, impersonate people, publish unlawful or infringing material, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, and deliver it.

Each event’s published rules, eligibility, schedule, format, and staff decisions also apply. Win conditions must be fair and transparent. Riot-supported tournaments require at least 20 participants and must not involve gambling.

No tournament entry-fee path is currently offered. If fees are introduced, at least 70% will be allocated to the prize pool and the event will undergo applicable legal and Riot-policy review before publication.

Riot account linking is optional and, where available, uses Riot Sign On. Riot identifiers and game data are used only for the player-facing and tournament functions described in our Privacy Policy.

This competition is not affiliated with or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or League of Legends Esports. Riot names and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Store purchases and third-party services may have additional terms shown at checkout or by their provider. GlitchIt does not sell Riot API access, hidden game information, or competitive advantage.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using GlitchIt at any time and may request account export or deletion through the privacy contact.

We work to keep GlitchIt reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded and losses reasonably caused by our breach.

Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Germany, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
